What You'll Get
Camping alleviates the stresses of modern society, allowing man to escape incessant emails, take solitude in nature, and eat a pound of marshmallows without judgment. Take a breath of Hanna-Barbera’s purest with today’s Groupon: for $89, you get a camping package for four at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Natural Bridge in Natural Bridge Station (up to a $178 total value). The package includes:
• A two-night tent or RV stay for up to four people (up to a $118 value).
• Four wristbands, which grant admission to the park’s paid activities throughout your stay (a $60 value).
Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park invites kids and families into its Hanna-Barbera habitat for camping and fun with Yogi Bear himself. The park can accommodate an array of tent styles and sizes and RVs, with each campsite outfitted with water and electricity for hooking up microwave-sprinkler hybrids. The campground features a variety of free amenities, such as a swimming pool, playgrounds, and canoeing along the beautiful James River, and each activity wristband also grants access to four of the park’s wildest and wettest attractions. As water cascades off mushrooms and streams out plastic arches in the spray area, two waterslides weave among each other like two snakes attempting to untie a rubber-band ball. Meanwhile, campers can demonstrate their geometry skills on the miniature-golf course or bounce on a giant trampoline-esque pillow in an attempt to lick the clouds. The campground also hosts family recreation events every weekend, and the area around Natural Bridge Station boasts several day-trip destinations, from the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains to live outdoor theater performances.
