What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

My fitness studio is really more of a boutique, and my classes provide personal attention as the classes are kept to a maximum of seven participants. Modifications are provided to increase or decrease intensity, which allows for a very comfortable and personalized pace to reach your goals safely.

What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing my clients reach their goals; one small victory at a time. Fitness is a process, and setting small goals is the key. It is amazing to hear a client tell me that they no longer require high-blood pressure or cholesterol medication or have gotten back into a favorite pair of jeans.
