Our family experience with Jen had been great! At first, I had overlooked zip code restriction when I bought this Groupon and time to exchange it had already expired. So, I called Jen to explore my options and she was more than willing to accommodate it! I was so delighted! At the photoshoot also, she was very professional, friendly, approachable and helped with pose and smiles, without any judgement! We all had wonderful experience at photoshoot. She was very patient with our dog and 10 year old as well! We had wonderful fun experience at photoshoot. I would highly recommend her!
