I had an appointment for noon, but Jenny was running behind and I didn’t get seated til nearly 1. I wanted a few inches cut off, but she slapped it in a pony and made one quick cut to get started. It was a very uneven hack, so my cut is shorter than I agreed to. The Groupon did not include a haircut, so I paid an extra $50 for that. I also left a $20 tip. Yet the next day she texted me, asking for another $50, saying she was going through her records and saw the Groupon didn’t include a haircut. WTH? She was nice enough, but I would never go there again.

Because you were getting highlights, I always begin by cutting to the agreed length and then continue with the color service. I reached out afterward only because I didn’t see the haircut payment show up in my records, and I wanted to make sure everything had processed correctly. I remember you leaving happy with your hair, so I’m truly sorry to hear you felt differently later on.
