The merchant operates without restrictions and uses Groupon as a tool to scam customers. Groupon must take immediate action and remove him from the platform to stop this ongoing theft. Warning: This Merchant is a Scam – Avoid at All Costs!! This merchant PTI*JETSKIHOUSTON AUSTIN TX (AKA: Samuel) uses Groupon to run a scam without any restrictions. The advertised service is never delivered. After paying $153.90 for the Groupon, I was forced to pay an extra $116.69 for “Taxes, Fees & Gratuity” and $458.69 for the full price of the service. Total rip-off! The booking process is deliberately confusing. The links provided don’t allow proper reservations, they’re designed to trick you into paying more. The merchant hides the departure address until the last minute, creating stress and forcing additional charges. The vehicle used is unsafe, falling apart, and nothing like the photo on Groupon. We even had to wait while he put gas in because he wasn’t prepared. He demanded punctuality but arrived over 20 minutes late. Customer service? Rude and unhelpful. Do not buy this Groupon. It’s a scam, and Groupon needs to remove this merchant immediately!!!

Every guest is given a invoice upon booking online with upfront pricing that does not require a payment for booking a Christmas hayride online. No payment required for simply making a online booking for a Christmas hayride & your booking online booking is a given to you before payment as estimate/invoice of charges prior to any discounts.

Wow. How long do u think u can keep this up Samuel? Do you know how unprofessional & shady u are? There was NO services that u provided! I never checked in! I immediately asked u to cancel my reservation the day before my reservation to reverse my $241.56 deposit. Nextthing I know, u redeemed my Groupon after I told u to cancel and next day took my pending deposit. U will pay for this dispute. GL

The services were rendered to you and your voucher was redeemed. In addition, any refunds due back to you for services provided were already refunded. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to be credited to your account depending on your banking institution. Thank you.

Horrible! When I called to make my reservation, the owner tried to charge me a different price than advertised, and when I tried to cancel my voucher, I learned he redeemed my voucher without me ever using it! He was rude from the start. Please READ the Google reviews of this business and ALL of the negative complaints. Owner responds to each one and blames the customer. Before you spend any money there, give him a call and see for yourself.

This information is not true and is a false narrative. This information about your experience is misleading and NOT accurate. You became upset and rude to our staff when it was explained that a balance due will be required to ride jet skis and you cannot ride a Jet Ski for solely the amount you paid for your voucher. As previously explained to you the promotional amount does not cover 100% of the jet ski rental costs. In addition, we did not process your initial payment for this voucher, that was conducted via Groupon so we cannot process refunds that were not paid directly to us, you must speak directly to Groupon and is subject to their refund policies. Our staff is very professional to all guests including yourself, even after you were rude in your interactions with our staff. This review is misleading and is a false narrative & does not reflect the experience you had with our company today. Thank you
