Q:

I need to cancel this purchase and get a full refund to my card. I didn't think one purchase was going thru and I pushed the button again. The first purchase won't work for me since I will not be in Rochester during that time. I thought I would have six months to use.

Nancy G.  asked on  Feb 11, 2013

A:

Nancy, Please contact Groupon in order to get your refund. Barbara

Q:

Hi Barbara I had a trial membership to the JCC 5-6 years ago that was on hold for a year because I broke my foot during the trial period. I never used that. I think I paid $36 for the trial membership last summer from groupon, same offer as this current one I believe. I don't think I have my groupon coupon for that anymore, but there should be a record of it, either in my groupon online info or in their files

Elaine P.  asked on  Feb 7, 2013

A:

Hi Elaine, Please share your full name with me so I can look up your account regarding any medical hold. Thank you, Barbara
