What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I have over 13yrs experience with intense training on over 9 pro skincare lines. This has allowed me to really understand ingredients and how they work on the different skin types. My intuition is highly developed and I use this in customizing results driven treatments for each individual.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I had severe acne since I was 13yrs old. I'd been on Accutane twice, every over the counter acne product, antibiotic creams, etc., nothing worked. In my early 20s I decided to become an esthetician. I refused to accept that I would have to deal with acne forever. I was determined to find a solution.
What do you love most about your job?
My clients!!! Also, I love geeking out on research, learning and understanding, then educating my clients. I'm here to be of service in any way. I love when my clients recognize the value of facials and quality skincare and can see a difference in their skin. It makes what I do so worth it!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A client had sent me a thank you card for helping clear her acne. I didn't know this, but she was going through a divorce and her self esteem was low. Since her acne had cleared, she felt more comfortable in her skin and started seeing a man. She said she had confidence again. It was heartfelt...
