Nutrition boot camps supply participants with education on nutrition, offering daily meal plans, a prescription for exercise, and information on how to stay healthy while eating at a restaurant. The end goal of the program is to help guests lose weight, improve their eating habits, and tone up before the summer. All students receive healthy snacks and drinks as well as a copy of Jim White’s Fit-in-30 Plan—complete with workouts, recipes, and grocery lists. Lucky pupils may win training or nutrition consulting through a raffle.<p>
