About JinJu Chocolates
In 2015, JinJu Chocolates was voted Best in Las Vegas. Designed by Jin Caldwell, master chocolatier, JinJu Chocolates are almost too beautiful to eat. Almost. Like colorful little gem-orbs, the hand-crafted gourmet European-style bon bons often come adorned with beautiful graphic decorations or perfectly tempered shells. Each batch is then carefully nestled into decorative boxes where they remain safe until their new owner rips open their packaging with their teeth. Special sea-salted caramels are also a JinJu specialty, with flavors like lemon caramel and chipotle cinnamon.
