A lovely studio and a lovely class!! Jessica is a warm, supportive instructor, the overall energy in the room was so positive and comfortable, I actually went deep into shavasana! I will be back :)

About Jisana Yoga

At Jisana Yoga, we strive for creative classes and a community ethic.

While some of our classes are heated, we don't keep the room as hot as some other studios. We believe this is not healthy for everyone. If you want more sweat, we can provide that with more challenging pose options! 

We are a new studio and we really look forward to building a great yoga community in the Meadowdale area.
