What You'll Get
Batting your eyelashes can express everything from coy admiration for a crush to frustration over studying in a strobe-lit library. Let eye adornments speak volumes with today’s Groupon to JJ Eyelashes, valid at its two locations on West 56th Street and Wooster Street. Choose between the following options:
- For $60, you get a Ruby set of 80 eyelash extensions (a $120 value).
- For $75, you get a Diamond set of 100 eyelash extensions (a $150 value).<p>
JJ Eyelashes’ squadron of trained technicians adds volume and length to paltry lashes with individually applied synthetic lash extensions. During each 45- to 60-minute session, clients sit back with a complimentary foot rub while an ocular artist affixes natural lashes or eyebrows pulling double duty with 80 individual extensions per eye for the Ruby set or 100 individual extensions per eye for the Diamond set using an odorless bonding agent. Eyelash extensions last an average of six to eight weeks, though the salon recommends coming in for touchups every two weeks to maintain fullness. With proper after care, the water-resistant extensions will safely withstand showers, swims, or high-speed Flash Dance numbers.

About JJ Eyelashes
The aestheticians of JJ Eyelashes model their techniques after May Lee, owner and licensed makeup artist with more than 10 years of experience. Inside each of the salons, clients recline on cushioned beds as technicians set to work applying lash extensions to each natural eyelash, which can last for up to six weeks with proper maintenance. The look is completely customizable from lash curl, length, color, and thickness. In addition to the lashes, May specializes in semi-permanent makeup procedures by filling in brows, lips, eyeliner and more with pigment that lasts anywhere from two to five years.
