Service was great. Mani pedi was good. Don’t expect any kind of foot or leg massage but happy with services. Also meter parking is a slight negative.

I would give a zero star if I can. I got no chip nails and it peeled literally two hours after I got the service. Never going back again.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? As a child, Jo loved to play with dolls, but she became bored with combing just their heads. One day, Jo cut the doll's hair off, which led to her cutting her own hair and then her friend's hair. Today, Jo Chicago is a top Chicago Salon that was in the making more than 30 years ago and is now a reality.
What do you love most about your job? The "hunt," which is the consultation, and the "kill," which is the execution. When execution is on point, the guest's smile is my instant gratification. Referrals are also the best compliments on the work I perform.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? When a client leaves saying, "I would like to book my next appointment," it's the best feedback I can ask for.
