STAY AWAY! The moment they realize you have a Groupon they bombard you with extra charges. We did not rcv a spa pedicure and we did not rcv the 10 min massage. Then they DEMAND a tip. This is by far the worst experience i have ever had.

Service was terrible! We purchased two Groupons and did not get the complete treatment. They kept demanding payment for a service that was prepaid and then claimed that we owed them money for taking off my gf’s nail gel. Then to top it all off they demanded gratuity be paid before we rcvd the service. STAY AWAY from this place. The manager was extremely rude and attempted to belittle me.

The nail polish used on my pedi was old resulting in streaky application that needed to be covered up. Hours after I put my socks and sneakers on and ended up with sock imprints and a messed up pedicure. The shape and paint job did not look professional. I absolutely hate to get my nails done and look like I did them myself. Which by honestly would have liked better. The two starts are because they were very nice and the massages were well done. I will not be returning though.

I usually walk in off peak, I get a great 10min foot massage and back massage. The salon is always clean and they sanitize everything. I always leave happy.

This place is great! It’s clean and the staffs are very nice. The only reason I took off one star is because they don’t actually tell you that when you are using a Groupon that they only give you appointment after 12pm. I called to make an appointment and I wanted 10am and she agreed then after I remember and told her it’s for Groupon and she told me for Groupon come after 12.
