Do NOT buy this groupon or use this company. Although the Groupon clearly states we can use our own cleaning supplies or can use theirs for a fee, the company is insisiting that I pay them an additional $25 for each cleaning for their supplies. I have had around 10 emails going back and forth and thought this had been resolved. I made an appointment for this Sunday and just now received yet another text from them saying the cannoy honor our deal. They are very unprofessional.

Terrible. Awful customer service. DO NOT buy this. Absolutely ridiculous amount of time spent hounding them to get them to reply to texts emails phone calls etc. HORRIBLE-at this point the cleaner will be 3 hours late and I'm not even sure she will arrive. Have requested a refund-would never recommend

they tried to force me to pay for additional items that were not specified in the groupon. When i pointed out that that was not what was outlined in the terms OR on their own website, they just cancelled the appointment (that they had already rescheduled once before).
Hideous. Bait and switch scammers. There are many more cleaning services available through groupon - dont risk using Joanna's
