It’s fitting that Joe Kaplan calls his restaurant a garage, because he uses the space to disassemble classic American recipes and trick them out with more exotic ingredients. Diners flock to Joe’s expansive outdoor patio to sample his latest creative takes on burgers, mashed potatoes, and wings.
