My clients keep motivated by hearing encouraging words from their instructor and a personal reward of yoga nidra (yogic sleep) at the end of each session.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have a deep love to see all beings to have a connection with there self and yoga is one way to get there. And so I became a yoga instructor through Zen Hot Yoga so that I could help people reach the same enlightenment I experienced.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the people I teach at peace.
