What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
That is a great question, my primary reason for starting Jon Gault Pest Solutions is that it would give my family more options, and I felt that as an owner as opposed to a technician, I would have more latitude when it came time to make important decisions.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is the independence and the relationship I have with my customers. They count on me to resolve their pest issues and I appreciate that trust and faith that they place in me.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction is always the same, the look on their face, the smile they share when an issue has been resolved, and you hear the words, " Nope, haven't seen anything Dwight, everything looks good!"
