Your hands are the astronauts of your body—the first explorers to make contact with whatever's in your orbit—and your feet are the blazing rockets that propel you into space. Don't let your rockets burn out and fall off into the Atlantic Ocean with today's Groupon: for $29, you get a manicure ($20 value) and pedicure ($40 value) at Jon Richard Salon in Cranston.
Jon Richard Salon is owned and operated by two beautifying brothers who honed their skills in the finest Boston salons. During a mani-pedi, your digit-tips will be rejuvenated. Slip your hands and feet out of their socked sanctuaries and hold them where a member of the skilled staff can see them. Nails will receive a proper trimming, resulting in geometrically flawless tips in place of irregular curves. Cuticles will be gently groomed and wicked to a slick smoothness before a delicate polishing seals in the elegance, leaving utensil-grabbers and sand-diggers feeling fresh, airy, and worthy of becoming America's Next Pretty Decent and Living Hand/Foot Model.
Housed in a freestanding single-family home, the sleek salon exudes an urban vibe complete with exposed brick pillars and gleaming white walls. Enjoy a pampering session at the chic beauterie in preparation for your impending dissertation defense or day at the dentist's office.

Jon Richard Salon
Richard grew up in Boston, launching his styling career in the city's salons as a precision haircutter and a Ouidad-certified stylist. His career took him all over as he worked for fashion shows, news stations, extreme-makeover shows, and movies. Eventually, though, he opened Jon Richard Salon and launched a line of styling products.
Today, inside his airy, white-walled salon, which has been written up in So Rhode Island magazine, he rallies his team with a call to defend clients from anything that hinders confidence and beauty. Stylists welcome guests to leather styling chairs for cuts, color services, and Yuko straightening treatments. They also stock Ouidad products enriched with proteins and vitamins and designed especially for curly hair and shag rugs with ringlets. Spa technicians reveal glowing skin with facials and microdermabrasion treatments and transform nails with pink-and-white polish or Shellac mani-pedis. Clients can also stop in to get their bodies beach ready with spray tans, body waxing, or Cry Baby semipermanent mascara, which stays put no matter how many hours they've been manning the dunk tank.
