About Jon Wayne Heating and Air

For more than 30 years, the HVAC technicians at Jon Wayne Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing have undergone rigorous training to maintain the company's high service standards. Their education includes factory training, coursework at the in-house Jon Wayne Academy, and certification through the North American Technician Excellence (NATE) program. During their visits, technicians outline the company's straightforward pricing and convenient payment plans, and—according to one of their many quality guarantees—employ shoe covers and drop cloths to protect clients' homes.

But the crew's courteousness and thoughtfulness extend beyond their day-to-day protocol. Owner Don Rackler appeared on KENS 5 to help collect school supplies for needy kids, and he and his staff appear regularly on Great Day SA segments to discuss issues such as household safety and health, energy efficiency, and how to make a chimney more Santa Claus–friendly. The company has also donated new heating and cooling systems to area families via the Mi Casa Makeover program.
