Q:

Hi, I was wondering if the prints for this deal are just for one pose. Also, Is there the opportunity of purchasing a CD of all the poses and how much that costs? Thanks.

A:

Clarisa, If you choose the 30 min session, the deal comes with one print, so you'd have one pose included; if you choose the 60-min session, you have 3 prints included, and each print can certainly be a different pose. From a 30-min session, you can expect to have 10-20 poses to choose from in creating your order; from a 60-min session, 20-35 poses to choose from. We are primarily a full-service studio, and our families enjoy knowing that they will be ordering and receiving professional-quality prints, wall art, and albums through our studio. We include the web-sized companion file of ordered poses (in prints and/or wall art) so that our families are able to socially share and have their ordered poses on phones and other electronic devices. We also do have that option to purchase your high resolution files (includes reproduction release) which does require placing a minimum order before you're able to purchase the disc of session files for $300. If you are primarily looking for a studio that gives you your files and you "process" your own prints and such, we may not be the best fit. However, if you're looking for a studio that provides artistic images, great customer service, and professional quality prints, wall art, and/or albums then we are a great fit.

I live in the forest ~ can this be at my location or does it have to be somewhere specfic?

Kathie, Are you referring to Black Forest? Or the NW side of town somewhere? If you book the 30-min deal, we give you the location for each day/time available for the sessions. If you book the 60-min deal, you may set your session location for anywhere in the Springs (and we do typically include Black Forest as an area still inside the Springs). Hope this helps. Hello, Jonathan, This looks like fun! I would like to purchase this package. I will be in Colorado the weekend of February 14. Would it be possible to do the shoot that weekend? I'm not there much, so if you won't available that weekend, I will have to think about if I want to purchase it for the future and what package I would buy. If you are available that weekend, I will purchase the one-hour package to shoot that weekend. Thank you, Teri

Q:

I have 2 kids in college. I would like a family picture done. Are you strict on the May 1 deadline? Just not sure if they will both be home at spring break. Jane

Here is your answer from the merchant: We had a question about the deadline of May 1...we do adhere to this deadline though have made exceptions on a case-by-case basis (i.e., we had a session from a past Groupon who needed an extension due to surgery...). As much as possible, everyone should purchase and use their session by the expiration. When we are past the expiration, we do always honor the free session portion of the deal regardless of expiration date, but the complimentary prints included in this deal would no longer be redeemable.
