Choose from Three Options
- $999 for a half-day fly-in fishing trip for up to three ($1,350 value)
- $999 for a half-day fly-in scalloping trip for up to three ($1,350 value)
Up to three people board a seaplane to fly along the Nature Coast to Homosassa, Florida, where they taxi along the water to a private island. An experienced captain will then lead the passengers onto a chartered boat for an in-shore fishing expedition.
Alternatively, opt for scalloping trip during the season from July 1 to September 25. Participants will be supplied with a mask, snorkel, and fins so that they can dive for scallops amid sea-grass flats at a depth of 3–6 feet.
- $1,740 for a fly-in fishing trip and overnight stay on a private island for up to three ($2,250 value)
This option is similar to the first fishing package. In addition to the half-day fishing trip, visitors also stay overnight in a charming cottage on a private island along the Homosassa River. Cottages feature linens, satellite TV, full utilities, a full kitchen, and a hot tub.
Guests also receive hot breakfast and lunch, a seafood boil for dinner, and a half-day boat outing. For the outing, choose from charter fishing, scalloping, a nature cruise, or a trip to the springs.
All of these options includes a roundtrip seaplane flight.
Jones Brothers Air and Sea
The Jones Brothers model their adventures on a certain archaeology professor with the same surname, but their ventures have fewer run-ins with giant rolling boulders. But that doesn't mean they aren't thrilling. Their seaplane tours take sightseers over alligator habitats, and hearts pound on the Hillstone Romantic Dinner and Fly-In voyage, where a lakefront surf and turf meal brings diners together.
