I sent an email asking if there was soy in their baked goods but didn't get a reply. I ordered the cookies anyway. They had soy in them. My daughter besides gluten free cant have soy but my granddaughter can so I gave them to her.

They sent me old cookies! I keep trying to contact them to either get a refund or fresher cookies since May, but all they respond is “will check.” What does that even mean?! It is now mid June and still no reply. Very poor customer service...disappointed...

Made purchase and they sent me expired cookies! I sent them a message requesting a refund or fresher cookies, but have not received either. VERY DISAPPOINTED in their lack of customer service.
