There are not enough words to express how much my husband and I enjoyed the tour. We were captivated with every story Ms. Karen told & loved our time! This is something we could do every time we come to Savannah and I’m sure we would have just as an amazing experience. Such an powerful tour with raw, honest history. There was time to laugh, shake our heads in disbelief and nod in solidarity. 11/10

Great tour guide, very knowledgeable of such an important part iof our American history.Karen the guide instilled in you a thirst to gain even greater knowledge of the subject yourself. Would definitely go on the tour Gain.

Rebuking. Informative. Eye-opening. All these adjectives can’t begin to describe this incredible tour. Karen has an obvious passion and thrill for history and informing people of the past in an eloquent, yet honest way. We LOVED this and we agree this is the ONE THING we would do over again when coming back to Savannah. See you soon, Karen!! Love, the Newlyweds

Absolutely amazing!! Karen is so knowledgeable and taught me so much about black history in Savannah. She’s so sweet & funny I would definitely recommend this tour to friends and family

Ms Karen is an amazing historian! I took the took the tour with my husband and my 9 & 15 year old daughters and they have not stopped talking about our history, Ms Karen and wanting to learn more! This tour was amazing and a must do activity for anyone visiting Savannah.
