I cancelled my appointment with them and they cancelled my voucher and I couldn’t get any customer support from Groupon. I’m actually going to report it to my bank as a theft and get a refund and disconnect from Groupon. The customer service representative actually said to me : “let me make this clear to you…”

The Groupon Voucher was redeemed, due to our 24 Hour Cancelation Policy, but a voicemail message was left to notify you that the service is still available to be received. This note was placed on your account with Journey Through Wellness the day that the Groupon Voucher was redeemed.
