The staff comprises trained stylists and Redken–certified colorists who craft hairdos meant to turn heads and reflect each client's personal style. To that end, they offer a wide slate of services in addition to haircuts—these include highlights, glazing, Japanese straightening treatments, and three variations of keratin treatments that include flat-iron styling. They also offer more men's services than your standard haircut and beard watering service station. To wit, the Redken colorists help men conceal grey hairs with single-process coloring specifically for men. Beauty doesn't end at the forehead, though, which is why Journey's employs aestheticians who offer five different facials and peels. Other services include full-body massages and mani-pedis.
