What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

8 years ago I had the unfortunate experience of breaking my own phone. At the time I struggled to find an affordable and convenient solution. After much research and training FiX Mobile was born. Our goal is to always provide the most affordable and convenient service for what can be a very frustrating situation!

What do you love most about your job?

The ability to provide a service that can literally take someone that has had a bad morning after dropping there phone and turn it into a great afternoon

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

We understand that your world revolves around your phone. Whether it be for business use or to simply stay in touch with friends and family. The greatest reaction we get is a simple " you really saved me here, Thank You." We are fortunate enough to hear this on a daily basis.
