I received this as a gift, partial highlights with a haircut were purchased. I asked for caramel highlights and was told they had to blonde. No where in this voucher did it say it had to be blonde. When I told her this was not what I wanted she told me she would do that color, only to walk out with horrible orange hair and be told that if I wanted it corrected I would have to pay full price.
