Q:

I'm still confused about what food and beverages you can bring in. Can you bring in snacks and water bottles? Thanks!

Kristin J.  asked on  Jul 5, 2012

A:

Hi Kristin
Just to clarify:

Visitors may bring food and non-alcoholic drinks into the ballpark!

Hard-sided coolers and thermoses of any kind are not permitted into the stadium. No glass bottles, cans or alcoholic beverages of any kind may be brought into Wrigley Field.

Water (in sealed plastic bottles) is allowed-- in fact, encouraged! It's going to be a hot one!

So throw your water bottles and snacks into your purse, soft-sided cooler, fanny pack, or backpack (smaller than the size limit 16" x 16" x 8") and join us!

I hope this helps!

Q:

What gate do the Bleacher seats enter from? Thank you.

Casi K.  asked on  Jul 6, 2012

A:

Hi Casi

These are the gates that will be open:

Gate D is located on the corner of Sheffield Avenue and Addison Street
Gate F (the main gate) is located behind home plate at the corner of Clark and Addison Streets, beneath the iconic red marquee.
The Bleacher Gate entrance is located at the corner of Sheffield and Waveland Avenues.

People with bleacher tickets should enter at Gate D or the Bleacher Gate
People with lawn tickets should enter at Gate D of Gate F
People with VIP should enter at the Captain Morgan Club just west of Gate D

I hope this helps!

In addition, Wrigley Field is providing misting stations to help people stay cool!
Please feel free to bring bottled water, ice packs, and your Arthur Fonzarelli attitude to help beat the heat!

Q:

I purchased this yesterday, but did not receive an email to print this. How do I do this?

Tracy S.  asked on  Jul 3, 2012

A:

Hi Tracy
My earlier answer was incorrect, so I've removed it from the board for this deal to prevent any further confusion. My sincere apologies for any inconvenience or confusion that may have caused you.
Your tickets for this event are purchased through Tickets.com, so there is not a printable Groupon in your account. If you have not received an email from Tickets.com, please contact them by clicking here so they can assist you further. That should help you track down your order. If your difficulty continues, please feel free to contact us at support@groupon.com so we can give you a hand.
