Simply sign up for a tandem sky-diving session at Jump George and get paired with an instructor that's been certified by the United States Paracute Association (USPA). Then it's a short plane ride into the clouds until you reach the right altitude. Safely strapped to the instructor, you'll leap into the air and feel the rush as you plummet downward before the parachute is deployed and you float safely to the ground.
