Q:

Is there any way you could be more flexible with the dates of hte party? I want to to book a party in April

Erin E.  asked on  Mar 14, 2013

A:

The special $149.00 party for 25 kids is only for parties booked by June 1st that take place between June 1st and August 31st. This special is also not good on previously booked parties regardless of date. Unfortunately, we cannot be flexible at this time for a variety of reasons. We do have nice price point on a 15-child party option on Thursday evenings for $175.00.

Q:

We will be visiting PBGH April 1-3. From your website it seems that the only available hours to use these passes would be from 10am til noon these days. Is this correct, even though it is spring break? I'm not sure it's worth the price for only two hours of play.

Nadine W.  asked on  Mar 14, 2013

A:

Mondays - Wednesdays and Fridays we are typically open from 10:00-Noon, Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00-2:00 and 4:00-7:00 on Thursdays and 4:00-8:00 on Fridays. We also have Open!Play on Saturdays and Sundays from Noon - 5:00. We do have extended spring break hours starting on Wednesday, March 27th from 10:00-5:00 p.m. It's possible these times may change for spring break week so please check back and check our website for Open!Play hours and dates at all times because things are subject to change.

Q:

Why is it asking for a $107 deposit for the party? It looks as though the package should be the $149 only with the Groupon. Only additional expense should be if you have more than 25 kids and if you want to add on a food package.

Rhonda O.  asked on  Mar 14, 2013

A:

Once you purchase your Groupon and call in to book your party we will ask for a credit card # to apply the $100 plus tax deposit. This $107 deposit will be deducted from your final invoice and payment is due at the end of the party. It is possible that we may have to run a credit for some customers if they don't order food, drinks, goodie bags, etc. which would increase their total invoice amount. This is a standard corporate policy that we must adhere to and it prevents alot of customers from booking parties then cancelling. As you can imagine we run a tight ship with 8-15 parties, per day, on the weekends and our staffing model is adjusted to the number of parties per day. Late cancellations affect our business in a variety of ways.
