The lights come down and motivational music begins to fill the airwaves as fitness lovers mount their own personal trampolines at JumpLife. Trained instructors helm these unconventional fitness classes, guiding participants through low-impact cardio workouts that promote weight management, strength, balance, and coordination. Fitness, however, is only one goal of this program and philosophy; the classes also strive to spread joy and vitality among participants and the JumpLife community. During the 45-minute JumpGym class, participants of all ages and fitness levels can bounce to burn calories while incorporating weights and core exercises to help tone the body. Contrary to the JumpGym class, during the 45-minute JumpDance class, club music and lighting help fuel bodies to push their limits as they jump and bounce.
