Q:

I have a 10 year old and a 2 year old, will they be able to jump in the same area or would I have to let the older one jump in one area by herself and then take the two year old to another area. If the later is the case, can one area be seen while you are in a the small children's area?

Michelle S.  asked on  Dec 9, 2012

A:

Hi Michelle, no they wouldn't be able to jump in the same area. Which location would you be going to?

Q:

If I buy the jump pass for more than one person, must I use all the passes in one visit or can they be spread out over time? I only have 2 kids but would like to buy the 4 person package since it is a better value, and use it in two visits. Thanks.

Imelda H.  asked on  Dec 8, 2012

A:

Though we prefer to have them used during one visit we will allow you to split them if necessary. Thanks
