Juniper on the Water
With an 18-month-long transformation in its wake, Juniper on the Water's newly renovated space now does exactly what it was designed to do: dazzle anyone who walks through its doors. Columns stretch from dark-wood floors toward cavernous, wood-planked ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows peer out onto glistening intracoastal waters where boats float by and play Marco Polo with each other.
Juniper enhances its elegant beach-house-style layout with an impressive spread of Mediterranean–influenced cuisine. The seafood paella is a perennial favorites because of its flavorful blend of toasted israeli couscous, clams, shrimp, and chorizo. Other dishes, such as cedar-plank salmon and lamb shank with caramelized onions, are just as popular, gracefully tiptoeing the line between the restaurant's regions of inspiration. Juniper on the Water also offers beautiful sunset views as well as outdoor waterfront dining.
