Why is studio city not included in the Valley?

Amy C.  asked on  Feb 17, 2013

A:

We do service this area, it is just not included in the groupon promotion. We're always willing to work with our customers so please call 1.888.888.JUNK (5865) to talk about the discounts that would apply to your area.

Do you service zip 90240? I have the following stuff that I need to get rid of: one three cushion sofa bed, a three-piece sectional with a pullout bed, a queen size headboard & an 11-drawer dresser. How much more will we add if we buy the $89 groupon? Thanks. AliciaM

Q:

We have a old broken shed, if we buy the 1/6 truck load option, can you help to take the shed down to pieces? Is 1/6 toad enough for the shed pieces?

Jie G.  asked on  Feb 17, 2013

A:

Hi Jie, We would have to see the shed to know what the cost to demo it and haul it away would be. The 1/6th of a truck for $89.00 ( valued at $209) would go a long way towards the cost of your shed removal.

Q:

We have 2 large pieces of furniture, as well as some broken cement pieces, would you recommend the minimum or larger, and if we buy the minimum, and need more space, how does the pricing work? Can we use two minimums together? Joan

joan B.  asked on  Feb 17, 2013

A:

You should buy the 1/6th of a truck load Groupon because it would cover your furniture and at least some of the cement pieces........ can't say for sure about all of it without seeing it all. You would have the option to pay the difference if it wasn't all covered by the Groupon.

Syracuse N.  from  Merchant  replied on  Feb 17, 2013

A:

Sorry, no you cannot use 2 minimums together.

Q:

Hi, I live in a 2 floor condo and I want to throw away my sectional sofa in my 2nd floor. Can you guys help me bring it down? Is this still considered as option 1 $39? Thanks.

Roderick D.  asked on  Feb 17, 2013

A:

Yes we actually provide the labor and will bring the sectional down for you but....... depending on the size of your sectional it may be bigger than what is covered by the Groupon. You can always pay the difference if there is any.

Q:

I have the remains of an estate that includes several large pieces of furniture and lots of boxes. It pretty much fills up a 2 car garage. What percentage of a truckload would that be and how much would it cost?

Dennis V.  asked on  Feb 16, 2013

A:

Sounds like it would be a full truck or more...... we would be happy to come look at all that needs to be taken away and give you a free estimate. Just call 1-800-995-5865 to book an estimate appointment time that will work well for you and we'll be there!

Q:

I'm a litlle confused about the size of the load. What is less than 1/6 of a load? I'm trying to figure out how much stuff I could have hauled away;.

rebecca l.  asked on  Feb 16, 2013

A:

The $39 option would get you a minimum load which would be approximately the size of a washer and dryer side by side. The $89 option would be a sixth of a truck , roughly a washer and dryer and a 3 cushion couch, sizewise.

Q:

If I get the 1/6 truck deal and it turns out it needs more space than that is needed, can I still use the groupon and just pay the difference?

Kimberly B.  asked on  Feb 15, 2013

A:

Yes Kimberly B. That is definately an option!
