Q:

i may be reading the Groupon wrong, but does it say the full truck is $39 and 1/6 truck is $89? I don't understand.

Chelsea B.  asked on  Mar 7, 2013

A:

Hello, we charge on volume so the pricing for "minimum truck" is for a small load and the pricing for 1/6th of a truck is for 1/6th of a truckload. I apologize for the confusion. Please click the link below for a better understanding of the size of the truck. http://www.junk-king.com/help/junk-hauling-pricing.aspx

Deborah D.  asked on  Feb 20, 2013

Q:

This may sound stupid, but you keep using the word 'minimum' as if we need to have a minimum load. I have an old picnic table, a dresser and some scrap lumber. It may not fill up your small truck size, but is that okay?

Lynn B.  asked on  Feb 19, 2013

A:

Minimum of a truck load is equivalent to a washer and dryer of volume space. 1/6 of a truck load deal is equivalent to a average size pick up truck stacked to the top of the cab of space. So if you can fill up a pick up truck please refer to the 1/6 of a truck deal. Any other questions please call 888-888-5865

Q:

what if i need to up grade my groupon... i purchased the full truck but ends up i'm going to need the 1/6 load... and how do i go about this?

jennifer s.  asked on  Feb 20, 2013

A:

If you need to use more than the voucher value then you would pay the difference between the new value and the voucher value (not the paid value of $39 or $89 - the actual value of the service).
