Does this cover the consultation? IV Sedation? What things (Other than not having wisdom teeth) would make someone a non candidate?

Randy, Thank you for your interest. The consultation and necessary x-rays are included in the fee. I do not offer IV sedation in my office. If you want IV sedation, we would be more than happy to refer you to one of the highly qualified oral surgeons that we work with in the area. I can offer you the option of nitrous oxide to relax you (at an additional cost) or you can take an oral sedative (i.e. Valium) prior to the appointment to relax you (at no cost other than your prescription coverage with the pharmacy). Someone could be a non candidate if the roots of the tooth were wrapped around a nerve or the level of impaction would possibly compromise a nerve. Since we have been doing these groupons ( a few years), very few people have been non candidates, but without an x-ray it is impossible to tell. If after purchasing, it is determined that you are a non candidate, groupon will gladly refund your fees. If we can answer any other questions, our office manager Megan is available from 7-5. Please don't hesitate to call at 480-368-2222. I look forward to meeting you. Stephen Resnick, DMD
