In the office, new patients begin their dental journey not by slinking into an exam chair, but rather by taking a tour of the multifaceted facility. Within consultation rooms, the doctor maps out treatment plans for cosmetic treatments such as Invisalign, veneers, lumineers, bridges, and crowns—all of which come with a limited lifetime warranty and a memory book filled with someone else’s baby teeth. Individual audio and video systems outfit the treatment rooms, distracting patients as the doctor fiddles with crowns or performs standard checkups. After each dental procedure, clients can relax in the designated recovery rooms before heading home and awaiting a checkup call from the friendly staff within 24 hours.
