What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We offer free diagnostics without trying to up sell you or try to get you to buy services or products that you don’t need.  We tell you what the problem is, and give you options for fixing it at a reasonable price.  We can also give advice for purchasing a new computer if that is a more cost effective solution.  We are looking for happy, long term, repeat customers who will refer us to the friends and family.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Eric and I have been in the IT industry for over 10 years.  We got tired of the corporate grind and wanted to forge our own path and so decided to start our business.

What do you love most about your job?

We love doing something that we’re good at and enjoy.  We also like helping people and resolving their computer issues.  We’re always up for a challenge and learning new things.  If there is a problem that we haven’t come across before, we will research it and find the solution.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?

Yelp Review:  My computer was fried, so I brought it here to have the data transferred  and inquire about a new computer.  They were very helpful, efficient and had me set up with a refurbished desktop in less than a week, all at a price below what I was expecting to pay.  I’ll be bringing my business back.
