We understand life happens, so if you need to change your appointment after booking you will have one opportunity to re-book at no additional charge under the following conditions:

• You have notified us of your need to cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled consult;
• You select a new consultation date and time within five (5) business days of your notice of cancellation.
• Failure meet these conditions will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
