What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
K & S Heating and Cooling is celebrating our 27th anniversary. We are family owned and employ all of our own sales, service and installers. No sub-contractors. We are one of Minnesota’s largest volume Lennox dealers with locations in both the Twin Cities and Rochester
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being in the heating & cooling business is all that our family has ever done. K&S is now being operated by the grandson of the founder. K&S began in Rochester, MN in 1988. Our reputation for fair prices and excellent service has allowed us add our 2nd location serving the greater Twin Cities area.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating satisfied customers.
