My wife (who loves pottery) and I will be on vacation in Honolulu for one week. However, on one of the answer posts, you mentioned that it will take two weeks for the pieces to dry after the first class. Would it be possible to attend two classes during a 1-week period, knowing that we may not be able to leave with a completed project? Do you have any recommendations on what we could do?

Hi, It does take about two weeks for the pieces to dry. We then bisque fire the pieces. After they are fired for the first time you can glaze them which is a much quicker process. Since it takes time for them to dry before the first fire we would not be able to guarantee your pottery would be completed. If you want to just come in for the experience and are not worried about taking a finished piece home you are more than welcome to come in for two classes during that week.
