Kababs' menu features its namesake dish threaded with meat such as chicken tikka, marinated lamb, and shrimp ($9.99–$14.99). Other dishes range from saag paneer—a medley of mustard greens, cubed cheese, fresh garlic, and green chilies ($8.99)—to korma beef tossed with a browned-onion sauce, tomatoes, and ginger ($9.99).
Every day, Kababs owner and chef Syed Jillani fills the dining room with the aroma of fresh herbs and spices.
