Every day is different at Kaia F.I.T. Walnut Creek. The coaches change up the routines every day to create intense, muscle-confusing workouts that challenge the body in new ways in order to avoid plateaus. What's more, they forgo the intimidation of jumping into an already-progressing fitness program or onto an already speeding treadmill by establishing two programs throughout the year. One program is known as Brik, a fitness crash-course that pairs intense workouts with fitness assessments, progress tracking, and nutritional guidance for six weeks. The other program, Core sessions, involves five weeks of Functional Intense Training to build strength and endurance. By combining the two programs, the coaches help women reach their fitness goals while building a community and creating healthy habits.
