The five-week Core program is geared toward maintaining fitness levels, building cardiovascular endurance, and increasing muscular strength. Participants attend three fitness sessions per week and have access to nutritional support. The BRIK program is designed to spur weight loss and body fat loss with five fitness sessions per week. BRIK participants get access to program features such as physical assessments, meal plans, Kaia gear, and an end-of-program party.
