Choose Between Two Options

  • $49 for a five-week core session of women-only Functional Intense Training (F.I.T.) classes (a $135 value)
  • $69 for a five-week specialty session of women-only TRX and cardio classes (a $149 value)

The core session includes four weekly F.I.T. workouts, which build strength and endurance with cross training and jogs on local trails. This session also comes with a nutrition guide filled with healthy-eating tips. The specialty session includes three weekly TRX and cardio workouts, which revolve around gravity-powered bodyweight exercises that bolster flexibility, mobility, and balance. TRX suspension straps help each participant tailor the movements to her level of fitness. Saturday runs and other cardio challenges complement the TRX exercises by boosting stamina and burning calories. Five-week sessions begin June 11 and July 15.

Kaia FIT

At Kaia FIT, a women's only fitness facility, working out is a team sport rather than an individual undertaking. Women of all ages and fitness levels cheer one another through functional training programs that challenge the body and mind. Designed to build strength, endurance, and flexibility, many programs adopt a boot-camp-style format, which includes a health assessment and a review of fitness goals.
