At 60-minute Core Session classes, coaches tout a boot-camp-style workout that changes every day to confuse muscles and keep exercisers engaged. Classes take place indoors and outdoors, blending methods such as cardiovascular training, plyometrics, strength training, kickboxing, and yoga to build chiseled physiques, endurance, and flexibility. Nutritional guidance complements workouts to help guests stay healthy outside of class. All ages and fitness levels are welcome to join in the fun, fast-paced classes, to which clients should bring workout bands, a yoga mat, and water. A Brik or “Boot Camp” is Kaia’s signature, six week program designed to help you reach your health and fitness potential. The session starts with an orientation where we will record your current weight, measurements and physical fitness level. These assessments will help us both gauge where you are when starting the program and will allow us to tailor it to your needs. We will also provide you with nutritional guidance and teach you about eating lean, green foods to make you successful in your workout and in your life. We expect you will experience awesome workouts, see great results and meet incredible people along the way.
What classes are included in a Brik Boot Camp?
