The service was efficient but could have been a bit MORE warm and friendly.

On this trip we didn't each get the soup and salad like we had asked for. We got 1 soup and 1 salad and had to pick which one we wanted. When I looked around, we were the ONLY table this happened to. We left a little more hungry and disappointed this trip. I will probably give them one more try as this may have just been a new waitress, but this is the farthest sushi restaurant for us to drive to which given the great meals we have gotten there, but it may not be as worth it if we still get lesser service than other people and I still leave hungry.

Eating with chopsticks requires a certain level of dexterity, like beating a difficult video game or spitefully disassembling a too-difficult video game. Conquer your hunger with this Groupon.

Kampai Sushi

The chefs at Kampai Sushi draw on recipes from traditional Japanese and Korean cuisine to create classic dishes as well as playfully updated fare. Behind the sushi bar, they roll maki with fresh slices of salmon and decadent chunks of fried lobster tail, adding nontraditional flair with ingredients such as sweet pumpkin, honey-wasabi sauce, or potato chips. For heartier entrees, they can grill marinated korean short ribs or drizzle a deep-fried pork loin in a slightly sugary fruit sauce, the same way attorneys prepare briefs for sweet-toothed Supreme Court justices.
