What You'll Get
Helicopters are superior to planes in almost every way: vertical takeoff and landing, ability to manoeuvre in any direction, and more likely to deposit Green Day outside your high school because they heard there was "a pretty cool prom goin' down." Let your dreams soar with this Groupon.
Choose from Three Options
- $169 for a 20-minute helicopter tour with a one-hour wilderness stop for one (a $312 value)
- $325 for the above tour and wilderness stop with champagne and a commemorative photo for two (a $695 value)
- $635 for the above tour and wilderness stop with champagne and two commemorative photos for four (a $1,390 value)
The helicopter sails over Kananaskis Country with views of Barrier Lake, the Three Sisters peaks, the Bow River, and Mt. Yamnuska. This trip also includes a one-hour stop for walking or snowshoeing in the wilderness. Kananaskis Heli Tours has a second base, too, located near Lake Louise, Banff National Park, and Columbia Icefield.

About Rockies Heli Canada
Blades humming, the helicopter from Rockies Heli Canada rises up over the Cline River Valley, crossing snow-capped mountains, glaciers and lakes. Rising to 9,500 feet, trips take tour-goers over breathtaking panoramas like Columbia and Wilson Icefields. Passengers watch all of these views glide smoothly by, before landing for a one-hour wilderness exploration snowshoe. After an exhilarating trek through the forest, guests warm themselves with hot chocolate and Irish cream before flying away again to return to base.
