when it was delivered to me it was opened and .used. I never did get a refund. Don't waste your money.

The redemption instructions did not work. When I contacted Groupon support I was basically told to contact the merchant, and have to deal with the problem myself. I did contact the business but have no idea if they have or will be shipping my product. Would I recommend Kanchi Indian Herbal Hair Oil? NO. Would I recommend Groupon? Also NO.

I don't know if the oil works for hair growth. Kanchi groupon promiced to have free shipping when you purchase a bottle. the people at groupon were unable to resolve the shipping issue. With that being said, if you are a company trying to promote a product and do not follow through with your word about free shipping then it just makes you unreliable and I will not order anything else from your company. I will say that i did pay the shipping regardless of my belief of keeping your word because it was a gift. My friend is loosing her hair and it was worth paying the shipping to make her happy. I do hope the product works. if it works i will praise your product and tell everyone I know and share the information.
