She did a great job!.... I feltt bad she had a bad experience with a previous Groupon customer an she seemed to be discouraged from the start( made me little nervous) but once she got started an warmed up an everything was said an done I was very happy. I can see a noticeable difference in my hair. Drying an styling time definitely cut down!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Karen only cares about money and has NO regard for her clients or the quality of her work. Due to inefficiency and/or defective product my Brazilian blowout did not take and she wanted to make me pay more to have it redone and then wouldn’t even refund! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

I've decided to respond to this incredibly hurtful review. The client who posted this showed up for her appt. with questions about my credibility and seemed somewhat combative. She left the salon loving her hair!! She started texting me about a week later claiming the treatment didn't work sending comparative photos from her treatment she had a year ago and I suggest ed she come in for a consult so I could get a close look at the problem well she text me at least 20 text messages about her schedule travel schedule it literally took the whole morning I realized then there would be no pleasing her . I reached out to brazilian blowout help line and the recommended I wait a month to redo I text her that info and again she tested my patience with her incredibly busy schedule finally after 10 text we agreed on a day and time . I text her 3 days before the appt. confirming and letting her know the would be a product charge and that's when it got uguly and she started to harass me and threaten she was going to ruin my reputation and she kept her promise. In spite of her angry threats I pushed forward to get her refund . Which in my opinion is what her goal was from the beginning. I've been in the industry fora very long time and have done over 3 hundred brazilian blowouts with minimal complaints . Let the record speak for itself. Haters are gonna hate. To all the clients who have come thru Fringe salon i assure you I'm not the money hungry monster she has tried to make me out to be. I will continue to do my best work with appreciation for every single client and continue to be as professional as I've always been !!!
